[00:21] Today’s episode will be on Wills involving Minor children

[00:25] Sometimes testators may have special considerations for their minor children. Today, I will be talking about some options available to the testator, to ensure that their assets are passed down to their children, and are well taken care of when the surviving spouse remarries.                                                                                                    
[00:41] To ensure your minor children are taken care of and that a certain amount of your estate is provided to them when your surviving spouse remarries after your death, you may consider: insurance, splitting the estate, joint ownership on non-registered accounts and beneficiary designation on registered accounts, and/or implementing a trust in your will.
